How to use Bluebeam markup tools with Autodesk Submittals.
Setting up the Submittal for file transfer
The ACC‑Bluebeam Connector allows users to review and mark up Autodesk Submittals by transferring PDF files between ACC Submittals and Bluebeam Studio Projects or Sessions. All permissions in the Connector follow the user’s Autodesk account permissions.
Connector users can see all Submittals they are asigned to and all permits are inherited from the user's Autodesk Credentials.

Sending files from ACC Submittal to Bluebeam
If you are not yet familiar with the File Tranfer page, go to:
File TransferYou can send the Submittal’s reference PDF to a Bluebeam Project or Session for markup.
Open File Transfer page and select ACC, Submittals and the correct Hub and Project
Open the Submittal you’re assigned to
Choose the Bluebeam Project or Session as the destination.
Click on References
Select the reference files to send it out for markup.
Complete your markup work in Bluebeam.

You can also can see the steps they are assigned to and the previous steps. Navigate inside a submittal using the arrow, folder path or item in box (step or name).

You can send files from Submittal from the previous step for them to add markups in Bluebeam.
Navigate to the file
Select file
Click on Tranfer selected below
Open Bluebeam for markups

Send files from Bluebeam to ACC Submittal
Once you have completed your markups:
Open the final step under your name.
Open Bluebeam as the second data source
Transfer your updated PDF back through the Connector.
A Submit to Review window will appear — complete the submission to finish the step.
The updated file and status will appear instantly in ACC Submittals.

Once all steps are completed by different users, the Submittal can be closed and distributed by sending over a file into the final stage.

Users will see the changes reflected in ACC immediately:
