# Zip

## Command Description

This command creates a ZIP archive from files in the helpdesk folder. ZIP file is then stored next to the helpdesk folder in `C:\Users\--USER--\AppData\Local\Temp\Holixa\T4I`. The ZIP file can be sent to technical support to help solve problems with T4I or Inventor if such occurs.

A notification pop-ups after the command is successfully executed.<br>
