# What is Publisher4VLT?

Be.Smart Publisher4VLT is an add-on to Autodesk Vault Professional with a tight connection to [(EN) ERP Connector](https://help.besmart.software/erpc/) for **automatic** or manual publishing of **approved documentation** to **various** file formats necessary for **collaboration**, **sharing**, and **production**.

Some of the file formats into which the 2D/3D design documentation can be published are (not exclusively) PDF, DXF, SAT, STEP, and bitmap images.

Files can be published from Autodesk Vault to local folders on a computer or a shared folder, or the published files can be checked back into Autodesk Vault.&#x20;
