# First-view Model to Drawing Property Sync

This is an improvement of the current [synchronization-of-iproperties](https://help.besmart.software/t4i/commands-overview/be.smart-t4i/edit-settings/auto-iproperties/synchronization-of-iproperties "mention") command. If enabled in Be.Smart T4I Labs settings, the model properties can be synchronized to the drawing automatically when the first drawing view is created in a new drawing document. Before, the drawing had to be saved, closed, and reopened to synchronize the properties.

* This feature is independent of Model⟶Drawing (On Open) automatic synchronization.
* If this feature is ENABLED but no iProperties are selected for synchronization, all CUSTOM properties are synchronized when the first drawing view is created.
* If this feature is ENABLED and at least one (any) iProperty is selected for synchronization, only the selected property is synchronized when the first drawing view is created.
