Command Description

This command opens a country-specific helpdesk page allowing users to access the technical support portal.

Be.Smart T4I -> Be.Smart T4I -> Edit settings -> Helpdesk tab -> Helpdesk URL

Helpdesk URL settings

Helpdesk URL can be changed to provide access to the technical support portal. It can be done either manually by directly entering the required URL address, or one of the predefined URLs can be set automatically by selecting the support country from the dropdown list.
