FLAGs (additional flags in std Vault configuration)

... are flags that are added to the description of e.g. a category (lifecycle state, ...) in the Vault product configuration environment

all flags MUST be uppercase and must be delimited by the '|' character (vertical bar aka pipe)

example in Category description: 'Purchased items |PURCH|'
