Purpose of the product

The EC is used to transfer data between Vault Professional and another system, typically an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

It is designed in such a way that all types of entities and links between them can be transferred. It is also possible to initiate the creation of derived documents (=publishing) as part of transfers in the Vault direction.

The transfer is implemented in the form of job processing.
