Slip sheeting

Slip sheeting is a workflow, where markup process has already been started in Bluebeam, but the PDF content ends up being updated in ACC. Meaning that the PDF file, the stakeholders are working on is already outdated and their markups need to imported to the new version PDF.

This process has two prerequisites:

  1. Files must be in ACC Sheets

  2. Files must also be in Bluebeam Studio Project

The PDF updates usually happen without further notice, so it means people are already working on the "old" version of the document. To be able to support most of slip sheeting needs, it is strongly suggested to always use Studio Project and Studio Session.

In the ideal workflow, the PDF is sent from ACC to Bluebeam Studio Project and then to dedicated Bluebeam Studio Session for collaboration.
