Connections

Manage the connections to Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam Studio servers.

Connections page will show all the possible connections user can create with ACC-Bluebeam Connector.

User needs to create the connection only once.

Create a connection to Autodesk Construction Cloud

Within the Autodesk Construction Cloud box, click Sign in to proceed.

This will take user to Autodesk sign in page and the process is the same as when user would sign in to ACC.

At the end of the sign in process, user must grant access for ACC-Bluebeam Connector to fetch information from ACC.

Sign in process is successful, when the Sign in button changes to Disconnect button.

Please note, that the ACC-Bluebeam Connector app needs to be installed to the wanted ACC Hub.

Create a connection to Bluebeam Studio

Each Bluebeam Studio server has a separate Sign in process, choose the wanted server region.

Within the wanted Bluebeam box, click Sign in to proceed.

This will take user to Bluebeam sign in page and goes through the same process as when user would sign in to Bluebeam Studio with Revu or Cloud.

Sign in process is successful, when the Sign in button changes to Disconnect button.

Disconnecting the made connections

Disconnecting from any of data source is easy. User must simply click Disconnect within the wanted box. ACC-Bluebeam Connector will prompt whether user is sure that they want to disconnect.

There are two options how to proceed from here:

1. Create a new Bluebeam Studio Project and/or Session

   1. Creating a new Bluebeam Studio Project and or Session is fully optional, as Projects/Sessions created elsewhere can also be used with ACC-Bluebeam Connector.

2. Proceed to manual transfer

   1. Manual transfer page is the PDF file sending tool between ACC and Bluebeam.
