Depending on the selected data source the next options are different.

File transfer (ACC Docs)
Once ACC Docs has been selected as one data source, user navigates to the right folder and selects the wanted file by clicking the checkbox in front of the file.

It is possible to select one or multiple files at the same time. Click the checkbox at the top to select all the PDFs within the folder at once.
After files have been selected, click Transfer selected at the bottom of the page.
In case there is a file with the same name on the receiving end, user will get either an error message (if the overwrite is not possible) or a prompt whether they really want to overwrite.
The connection is live, so once the file transfer is over, files are available in the other platform.
File transfer (ACC Sheets)
If ACC Sheets was chosen as data source, the transfer itself works the same way as with any other source. The only difference is that ACC Sheets can be filtered within ACC-Bluebeam Connector.

Filtering
As a default the latest version of sheets is displayed. Filtering allows user to select the older sheets. Filtering is done by clicking the "burger" menu and selecting Filters.

Filter sheets is straightforward, as there are only four options:
Version set
Listing all the available version sets, these can be dynamically search by starting to type.
Collections
If collections are being used, these can also be used a filter
Tags
Tags can also be used as a filter, clicking the field shows all the assigned tags. These can also be dynamically searched by starting to type.
Results must include all tags
In case multiple tags were selected, this option will narrow down the results to sheets including all the selected tags.
After all the wanted filters are selected, proceed by clicking Apply changes.
Exporting Sheets
It is possible to select one or multiple sheets at the same time. Click the checkbox at the top to select all the PDFs within the folder at once.
After files have been selected, click Transfer selected at the bottom of the page. If multiple sheets were selected, it is possible to choose to combine the selected sheets to one file or keep each sheet as a separate file.

In case there is a file with the same name on the receiving end, user will get either an error message (if the overwrite is not possible) or a prompt whether they really want to overwrite.
The connection is live, so once the file transfer is over, files are available in the other platform.

The Connector guides user through Import Sheets dialog and here are the steps:

If Existing version set was chosen, select the wanted version set. Continue the import process by clicking Next. After selecting, continue to step 2
