With version 30.x.x.x, we bring support for Autodesk Vault Professional 2025.

Due to a change in license file storage folders, ERP Connector must be re-licensed.

Support for Vault 2025

Starting with version 30.x.x.x, we added support for Vault Professional 2025.

Improved licensing (LT Licensing)

All ERP Connector versions are now equipped with (mostly internally) redesigned licensing. Licensing information (token and license files) is now stored in the c:\Users\---USER---\AppData\Roaming\Arkance\Licenses folder.

• Only one licensing method (online license) is now supported.

• Because of changes to the licensing folder, users must log into their Be.Smart (Holixa) account after running this new ERP Connector version for the first time.

Rebranding to Be.Smart

All ERP Connector icons were adjusted, providing a unified user experience emphasizing the Be.Smart brand identity.

• Theme-based icon switching is available starting with Vault 2024.

• For versions 2022 and 2023, only a one-color version of the icon set is used.

• You must restart Vault Professional to use the icon set corresponding to the selected theme.

Known issues

• When using the “Create raw material BOM association” command in the ERP Connector for Vault 2022, a “Row material BOM row update error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object” may appear. This does not affect the raw material assignment itself. We are working on a fix.
