if both EcENTITY fields (lfcycst_id or lfcycst_name) have values, lfcycst_id applies (lfcycst_name is omitted) When lfcycstate cannot be reached from the current lfcycstate, error occurs. Possible reasons are:

• the transition from the current lfcycstate to the requested one is not configured in Vault

• lfcycstate is not defined in the lifecycle currently assigned to the Vault entity
