Admin user will receive an email containing instructions on how to verify the account and where to access the environment.

The created environment will contain default reports, meaning that once the machines are connected the data can viewed without any extra configuration of the reports.

Reports can be customized and the experts at ARKANCE are willing to help you set up more personalized reports.

The structure within Site Productivity as demonstrated above. There is a tenant for each customer, containing the possibility to manage users and user groups.

Sites are established under the tenants and there can be multiple sites under one tenant.

To make the progress tracking easier, zero or more zones can be created under each site.

Machines are assigned to a site, meaning that these are working and reporting for this specific site.

A machine can only be at one site at a time

Each machine can exist only under one tenant at a time.
