Quick guide

The quick guide explains the workflow on get started quickly.

This is the preferred step-by-step workflow, navigate to the right page on the left menu bar.

  1. Define the admin users

    • Provide the names and email addresses

  2. Create a site

    • Site creation is important step, because it hosts all the information

    • Choose the right type for the site; linear or quarry

    • Done by admin or editor

  3. Create machine(s)

    • Create one or multiple machines and fill in the needed information

    • Once created, installation can be done

    • Done by admin or editor

  4. Create a user group

    • User groups control the access which sites are visible to users

    • Done by admin

  5. Invite users

    • Type in email and name

    • To control what user sees, define their role and user group

    • Done by admin

  6. Define zones

    • Zones are used to track, where the material is being moved.
