# Creating a new user

Creating a new user is done by accessing the Users -menu and clicking Create New -button from the right side of the page.

There are some information that needs to be filled for each user, some of which are mandatory.&#x20;

* Full name\*
  * Name of the user
* E-mail\*
  * email address (which will also be the username)
* Role\*
  * Viewer / Editor / Admin
* Language
  * English only option for the time being
* Time zone
  * To be defined, so that it is know how to reflect the reports

Fill in at least the mandatory fields (\*) and click **Submit** to create a new user.

This user will receive an email containing the credentials and link to the login page.&#x20;

If you lose your password, you can change it from the login page. You will receive an email to reset your password. Remember to check your spam folder.
