# Editing an existing user group

Editing a user group is the way to assign users to the group.

Editing an existing user can be done by clicking the edit (blue, notepad and pen) icon next to the user group name.

After all the changes, remember to click **Submit** to save the changes. If the changed need to be discarded, click **Cancel**.
