Zones

Zones are polygonal areas, that represent what type of work is mainly conducted in these areas, for example in linear projects cut and fill or in quarries, these represent a crusher or stock pile.

The function of a zone might change during a project.

Zones are essentials of the project, because it allows Site Productivity to understand whether a machine is being loaded or unloading.

Further more, zones provide very useful information on material traceability, where material from a certain zone has been transported to.
