Roles

As a default there are three roles in Site Productivity: Admin, Editor and Viewer.

Each user must be assigned with a role.

Below is the quick breakdown of the rights of the different roles. Like the owner -role already suggests, they have full control over the Site Productivity, but the viewer has limitations on the functionalities.

* Editor and Viewer role will see the Reports and Assets only from the sites that they have been assigned to.
